The all new i20 includes a range of clever features to make your drive as easy and entertaining as possible.
Compact and graceful, yet bold and confident, the all-new i20 is ready to take on any adventure you throw its way. Revamped to perfection, the iconic front grille makes a statement while the sporty side body moulding gives the i20 an agile, streamlined and aerodynamic look. Privacy glass is also a talking point as are the three attractive wheel options with the Premium SE Nav boasting striking 16-inch alloys.
As you’d expect from such a forward-thinking runner, advanced technology is part of the Hyundai i20’s DNA. The interior is loaded with mod-cons including a seven-inch touchscreen display with smartphone connectivity, AUX and USB ports allowing you to play your favourite music en route, a full automatic air conditioning system, Bluetooth connectivity and a DAB radio system.
The Hyundai i20 may be a compact runner but it certainly delivers a big performance. There are many engine options to choose from including the 1.2-litre petrol, the all-new 1.0 litre T-GDi petrol turbo featuring highly efficient combustion, and the 1.0 T-GDi 120PS which delivers effortless power. Manual transmission comes as standard. Select models offer the new seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
The specially developed 7-speed DCT gearbox adds dynamic automatic gear changes with optimised fuel efficiency. Shifting between gears is extremely smooth and fast.
For increased fuel efficiency, the iMT decouples the engine from the transmission after the accelerator is released. The vehicle goes into coasting mode.
The 48-volt hybrid system is available with both manual and DCT transmission options. It’s able to run on electric when decelerating or whilst stopped, conserving fuel at regular intervals on your daily drive. It’s an enhancement over traditional start & stop technology as it is able to switch to electric before the car comes to a complete stop.
